At Nave, we believe your spiritual journey is private. This policy outlines how we handle and protect your information.
· No Account Required: We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal identifiers (such as your name or email address) to use Nave.
· Personal Preferences & Denomination: Any selections, including your denomination preference, are stored strictly locally on your device. We do not transmit or store this information on our servers.
· Chat Data: To facilitate the AI Chat, your inputs are processed securely. We do not link these conversations to your real-world identity.
· Usage Record: Your usage records, including reading progress and reflection data, are saved entirely within your device's local database.
· Real-Time Processing: To facilitate the AI Chat experience, your text inputs are transmitted securely to third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI or Google) solely for real-time response generation.
· Anonymity: These inputs are completely anonymized before transmission, contain no user identifiers, and are never linked to your real-world identity. They are not used to train general AI models in a way that identifies you.
· Local Storage: Much of your data, including reading history, is stored locally on your device.
· Right to Delete: Deleting the application will permanently remove all locally stored data.
We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your data during transmission and at rest. However, please refrain from sharing sensitive personal information (such as financial details or home addresses) within the AI Chat.
Nave is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such info, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. Your continued use of Nave after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
