u For Guidance Only: The AI Chat feature is powered by artificial intelligence and is intended for spiritual reflection and educational purposes. It does not provide professional counseling, mental health therapy, medical, or legal advice.
u Content Accuracy: While we strive for theological consistency, AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. Nave does not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by the AI.
u User Responsibility: Nave is not liable for any actions taken or decisions made based on interactions with the AI Chat.
You agree to use Nave in a respectful manner. You shall not:
u Use the AI Chat to generate hate speech, harassment, or illegal content.
u Attempt to reverse-engineer the application or bypass any technical restrictions.
u Use the service to scrape data or train competing artificial intelligence models.
u Billing: Certain premium features require a subscription. All transactions are handled securely through the Apple App Store.
u Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
u Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Apple’s App Store refund policy.
All application designs, original artwork, branding, and UI elements are the exclusive property of Nave. Your use of the app does not grant you ownership of any content accessed through the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the registration of Nave's operating entity, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
